Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist
We are seeking a customer care professional with excellent English communication skills and experience in B2B as well as B2C international customer service domains. This position involves effective collaboration with Australian customers/stakeholders and fiber order management.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
- Perform accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of order status by following up and creating orders, as well as updating customers as per agreed processes.
- Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders (including end customers, field teams, design teams, and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Ensure 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
- 1+ years of experience in International Call Center operations (Australian English).
- Order Management knowledge is preferred.
