Job Title: Visa Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage end-to-end visa stamping processes for Business, Work, and Visitor visa categories.

About the Role:
  • Manage visa application processes from start to finish.
  • Evaluate and ensure timely delivery of client requirements by implementing process-driven approaches rather than people-dependent workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and validate visa checklists for all categories (Business, Work, Dependent, Tourist).
  • Review visa applications and supporting documents to guarantee compliance with Consulate/Embassy requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates, document collection, and application/passport submissions at VFS/consulates.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling visa processes; UK immigration experience is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in corporate environments or as an implant/backend support staff is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude toward learning, and strong understanding of corporate immigration trends and client servicing standards.
  • Mandatory knowledge of UK, Ireland, and Schengen visa processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of generating comprehensive reports.
  • Open to new challenges and continuous learning, committed to delivering high-quality service.
