Visa Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visa Specialist to join our team. As a Visa Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on immigration laws and regulations, as well as assisting with the completion of paperwork and ensuring timely submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws and regulations
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their visa requirements
  • Provide clients with relevant documentation and assist with paperwork completion
  • Verify the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents
  • Ensure pets undergo medical check-ups and make arrangements for safe and legal transportation
  • Help clients find suitable shipping solutions
  • Prepare and provide invoices for services rendered

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position requiring regular office hours. The ideal candidate will be based in Bengaluru, India.
