Job Title: Strategic Growth Associate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through pipeline management and lead qualification. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads and ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely closures.

  • Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients through research and proactive outreach, aligning their needs with suitable insurance solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial qualification of leads to assess their requirements and potential, understanding client needs and coordinating with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.

To achieve success in this role, you will need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a relationship-building mindset with a customer-centric approach, and basic understanding of insurance products (desired but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is essential.
