Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess 2.5-3 years of experience in system administration, with expertise in Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, and DNS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration
    • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments for optimal performance and security.
    • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring seamless collaboration and data protection.
  • Cloud & Identity Management
    • Oversee Office 365 and G-Suite account management, including licenses, email security, and authentication.
    • Implement and monitor Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for device/application management, ensuring secure access and compliance.
  • Networking & Security
    • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks to ensure reliable connectivity and data transmission.
    • Manage firewalls (Fortinet) and network security policies to prevent unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Hardware & Peripheral Management
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV/IP cameras, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
    • Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management to optimize resource utilization and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Virtualization & Backup
    • Manage VMware / Hyper-V environments for server virtualization, improving efficiency and scalability.
    • Develop and implement backup and recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and minimize data loss.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide level 2/level 3 technical support for end-user issues, system errors, and connectivity problems, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality service.
    • Document technical processes and maintain an up-to-date IT knowledge base to facilitate training and knowledge sharing.
