Job Title: Senior HR Operations Specialist

About the Role:

  • International contractor engaged in engineering and construction of industrial facilities.
  • Operates globally with presence in 60 countries across 5 continents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation and Benefits Management:
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with company policies.
  • Manage employee benefits including insurances and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Payroll Management:
  • End-to-end payroll processing for timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations social security and other statutory obligations.
  • Implement payroll policies and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
Onboarding and Exiting:
  • Effective onboarding process to support new employees.
  • Handling Performance Improvement Plans & Disciplinary matters efficiently.
  • Separation processes and Retention strategies.
International and Domestic Mobility:
  • Oversee employee mobility programs including international assignments and visa processing.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international immigration laws and mobility policies.
Labour Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
  • Ensure HR policies comply with Indian labor laws and global corporate standards.
  • Handling disciplinary matters and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
HR Administration:
  • Ensure smooth HR administrative functions including employee records and policy updates.
  • Manages HR support services such as onboarding and exit formalities.
HRMS and Digital Transformation:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HRMS solutions for seamless HR operations.
  • Leverage HR technology to automate processes and enhance reporting.
