Reservations Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the position of Hotel Reservations Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, experience in hotel reservations/front office, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
As a Hotel Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client calls, creating business from existing customer accounts, and maintaining central reservation systems.
You will also be required to identify new revenue generation opportunities, understand market trends, and participate in social media groups to generate leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Min 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations department (hotels)
- Excellent communication skills, English (written and spoken) is a must
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is mandatory
