Job Description: Generative AI R&D Engineer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Generative AI R&D Engineer to join our research and development team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge generative AI models, fine-tune large language models (LLMs), and develop innovative AI-driven applications.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Research, design, and develop generative AI models, including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models.
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models for domain-specific tasks.
  • Implement, train, and evaluate deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Work with large-scale datasets to improve model performance and generalization.
  • Develop AI-driven applications and integrate generative models into real-world use cases.
  • Conduct experiments, benchmark model performance, and optimize inference efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and NLP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI-powered solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML, deep learning, or generative AI research and development.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, including transformers, autoencoders, and diffusion models.
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced research environment.
