We are looking for a skilled and visionary  AI Developer  to join our team and drive the development of advanced AI systems, including AI agents and models based on large language models (LLMs). Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems tailored to project requirements. Build and optimize  AI agents  capable of understanding and responding to complex user inputs. Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in  AI, deep learning, NLP, and machine learning . Fine-tune and customize  Large Language Models (LLMs)  like GPT, BERT, or similar architectures for specific tasks. Integrate APIs and frameworks such as  Hugging Face, LangChain , and other tools to enhance AI capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions. Develop and maintain scalable, production-ready pipelines for training and deploying AI models. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and propose innovative solutions for complex problems. Qualifications Educational Background:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. PhD is a plus. Experience: 3–5+ years in AI/ML development. Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents and LLM-based solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Expertise in NLP, GPT models, transformers, and reinforcement learning. Hands-on experience with APIs and platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar. Knowledge of MLOps for deploying and maintaining AI systems in production. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Problem-Solving:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address real-world challenges. Collaboration:  Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with  AI-powered tools , such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, or DALL-E. Knowledge of prompt engineering for LLMs. Experience in deploying containerized AI solutions using Docker or Kubernetes. Familiarity with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
