Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and visionary AI Developer to join our team and drive the development of advanced AI systems, including AI agents and models based on large language models (LLMs).

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems tailored to project requirements.
  • Build and optimize AI agents capable of understanding and responding to complex user inputs.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in AI, deep learning, NLP, and machine learning .
  • Fine-tune and customize Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or similar architectures for specific tasks.
  • Integrate APIs and frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain , and other tools to enhance AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, production-ready pipelines for training and deploying AI models.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and propose innovative solutions for complex problems.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. PhD is a plus.
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in AI/ML development.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents and LLM-based solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
    • Expertise in NLP, GPT models, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
    • Hands-on experience with APIs and platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.
    • Knowledge of MLOps for deploying and maintaining AI systems in production.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address real-world challenges.
  • Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with AI-powered tools , such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, or DALL-E.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering for LLMs.
  • Experience in deploying containerized AI solutions using Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
