Job Overview

This role focuses on developing and implementing testability and manufacturability strategies for integrated circuits. Key responsibilities include driving the development of test flows, methodologies, and circuit design to ensure seamless production ramp-up. Strong collaboration with process development, fab, factory, assembly, quality, and manufacturing teams is required to enable efficient post-silicon HVM ramp. In this position, you will evaluate new designs on automatic test equipment (ATE) and work closely with designers to debug functionality and performance issues. A key aspect of this role is performing yield analysis and collaborating with designers to drive design for test/debug/manufacturing (DFT/DFD/DFM) features. The ideal candidate will develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement testability and manufacturability strategies for integrated circuits
  • Drive the development of test flows, methodologies, and circuit design for seamless production ramp-up
  • Collaborate with process development, fab, factory, assembly, quality, and manufacturing teams to enable efficient post-silicon HVM ramp

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • 10-15 years of experience in ATE Test Engineering and Technical Program Management
  • Strong knowledge of Sort, Class, Platform manufacturing and design methodologies
  • Excellent team player with strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
