About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash professional to join our team at Genpact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making collection calls, processing cash applications, and resolving customer disputes.

Additionally, they will reconcile orders with customer books and validate credits or debits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making collection calls to customers and sending invoices as required
  • Identifying and resolving unidentified cash and leading the end-to-end process of cash applications
  • Processing cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites and ensuring timely DRR completion
  • Following up on customer/internal disputes and working between departments to achieve resolution
  • Reconciling orders to match customer books and sending credits or debits for collection or refund
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com/BBA)

Minimum 18 months of experience in Order to Cash

Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Additional benefits include medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
