Job Summary

The Role of a Performance Management Leader is pivotal in ensuring business success through strategic implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology.

Main Responsibilities
  1. PMS Design and Implementation: Develop and manage a comprehensive end-to-end PMS for the organization, aligning performance with business goals and objectives.
  2. Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  3. Balanced Scorecard (BSC): Institutionalize BSC across the organization, measuring performance across four key dimensions: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth.
Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework
  1. BSC-Based Scorecards: Develop scorecards at organization, department, and individual levels, defining SMART Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  2. KPI Definition: Define KPIs across all four BSC dimensions, including:
  • Financial: Revenue per employee, cost reduction initiatives.
  • Customer: Client satisfaction scores, project delivery metrics.
  • Internal Processes: Operational efficiency, compliance adherence.
  • Learning & Growth: Training hours, innovation participation, succession readiness.

Goal Setting & KPI Cascading

Work with functional heads to set and align KRAs/KPIs based on the BSC, ensuring cascading of goals from corporate to individual levels through a structured process.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Provide monthly and quarterly Management Information Systems (MIS) on performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Employee Development & Talent Decisions

Partner with Learning & Development teams to link performance outcomes to training and development, enabling succession planning, HiPo identification, and role readiness mapping using BSC insights.

Automation & Process Improvement

Leverage HR Management Systems (HRMS) tools to digitize and track performance, continuously improving PMS and BSC processes using industry benchmarks and internal feedback.
