Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Accounting Senior Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Lead critical meetings with clients to discuss financial reporting and other related matters
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Review work and provide feedback to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and excellent results
  • Strengthen client relationships through excellent quality and timely execution, resulting in increased client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support growth efforts through market research and networking, identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships
Requirements
  • Rated top 25% of Big Four class, CPA license preferred
  • 7+ years of public accounting and industry experience required
  • 3 or more years of prior experience managing teams and owning work product
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required
  • Experience and familiarity with broad range of industries including tech, biotech, and life sciences
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Passion for helping clients with technical accounting
  • Hard working, disciplined, detail oriented and ability to motivate engagement teams
