About This Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at our Thrissur location. As an integral member, you will oversee the entire spectrum of financial operations, from transaction management to budget preparation and internal audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, process invoices, and manage payroll with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist in crafting and managing budgets, while collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support the finance team in various high-impact accounting projects, driving efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry-leading accounting software, financial reporting tools, and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Showcase strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and auditing best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proven ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, adapting to changing priorities and workflows.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, accompanied by 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
