Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated test scripts for efficient testing using Python.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to design test strategies.
  • Utilize automation frameworks like Selenium or Playwright for web-based application testing.
  • Perform API testing with REST Assured tools for backend service functionality and stability.
  • Use version control systems like Git and GitHub for team collaboration.
  • Manage test cases, defects, and projects using JIRA.
  • Work with Docker containers to set up test environments.
  • Conduct cross-platform testing on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Apply TDD and BDD principles to create robust test scripts.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, performance testing concepts, and GraphQL technology is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in Python.
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks like Playwright.
  • Proficiency in using REST Assured tools for API testing.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub, JIRA, and Docker.
  • Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of TDD and BDD methodologies.
