As a Demand Planner, you will play a vital role in driving business success by developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Leadership: Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demand, leveraging strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the demand planning process.
  • Inventory Management: Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working with global teams and time zones is highly valued.
