Job Title:

Technical Supply Chain Planner

About the Role:
  • Manage demand and supply planning processes for ATO, MTS & MTO production strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Support forecasting processes, including CTO measure management.
  • Collect data from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshoot failures.
  • Support supply planning processes like MPR and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  • Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead integrated business cycles.
  • Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, supply/demand reconciliation issues etc.
  • Execute quarterly patching testing and validations.
  • Receive, analyze, prioritize support tickets related to demand planning processes.
  • Perform initial assessment of issues with data collection from Fusion, internal and external systems.
  • Triage failures, route to appropriate support teams/On-calls.
  • Document categorize supply planning processes like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  • Identify severity impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs, BIP reports.
  • Monitor coordinate support for integrated business cycles.
  • Manage incident tickets related to support E2E Oracle SCP.
  • Track prioritize quarterly patch testing needs.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience with Oracle Demand, Supply Planning & Global Order Promising solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data collections integration between systems.
  • Knowledge of MRP planning processes.
  • Experience with REST APIs BIP reporting.
  • Good understanding of integrated planning business cycles.
  • Strong troubleshooting problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage quarterly patch testing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude with data models BIP system integration (REST APIs etc.).
  • Strong analytical critical thinking abilities.
