About the Position:
We are seeking an Executive Vice President of Sales to join our team at Huntingcube Recruitment Solutions. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $240,000 - $300,000, depending on experience.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in managing Industrial accounts in Metal/Cement/Pharma/Oil & Gas sector
- Account Management, Sales Operations, and revenue management skills
- A track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products
