**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX Research Intern to join our product team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and design. You will work closely with our designers and engineers to uncover insights that shape the future of our platform.

**Responsibilities**
  • User Interviews: Plan, conduct, and summarize interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Heuristic Evaluations: Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and highlight opportunities for innovation.
  • Qualitative Research: Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • Quantitative Research: Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.
**Requirements**
  • Strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
