Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned User Researcher to join our team in creating innovative products that simplify complex tasks. As a User Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting evaluative research to build deep user understanding and empathy.

  • Plan and conduct usability studies, heuristic evaluations, and generative research efforts to inform product design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize and communicate research findings.
  • Develop testable hypotheses and use research findings to support, challenge, and innovate our product.
  • Apply your expertise in research methodologies, human factors, and user-centered design to drive product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Design.
  • 4+ years of experience conducting user research within a UX team.
  • Proven knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and experience working on enterprise software is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Quantitative survey programming and analysis.
  • UX Research for Meeting/Event Planners, Attendees software.
  • UX Research for Mobile app or web development.
  • Managing and recruiting a usability lab.
  • Developing and executing research in support of product globalization.
