Job Title: Geospatial AI UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for owning the design strategy and user experience of KhetPe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Miro.
  • Define and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides.
  • Partner with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables.
  • Conduct user research: interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Translate feedback into actionable design improvements.
  • Champion UX for rural contexts: vernacular flows, low-bandwidth/offline-first design, accessibility, and culturally relevant trust cues.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect handoff and clarity on design specifications.
  • Run design experiments (A/B testing, prototypes) and analyze outcomes to optimize key funnels.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy guidelines, and local regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Miro.
  • Experience with user research methods.
