Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Visionary: Develop and execute a comprehensive ServiceNow strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive best-practice solutions and optimise platform performance.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish policies for development, upgrades, and integrations to ensure scalability and security.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with ServiceNow and Managed Service Providers to maximise platform ROI.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key performance indicators, dashboards, and success measures to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Platform Manager or similar role focused on ServiceNow, with a proven track record of driving successful platform implementations.
