Job Overview

This role oversees the delivery of small to large-scale projects across multiple industries, including retail, banking, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to lead a team of technologists in achieving project goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or engineering or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 15 years of IT and business experience in progressively complex delivery roles, including development, implementation, and maintenance of systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
  • A strong presence in meetings and elevated attention to detail are also crucial qualities for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an end-to-end delivery portfolio of small-large projects within Retail, Banking, Hospitality industry.
  • Leverage an established governance framework for demand management of incoming requests from multiple teams.
  • Work with PM and DM to prioritize, plan, schedule, and deliver the projects.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage the team in delivery excellence in accordance with Photon standards.
  • Provide verbal and written status, risks, and issues updates.
