Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solution alignment with business requirements.
  • Participate in technical discussions, positioning trade-offs for client stakeholders.
  • Presentation of technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Define project plans, KRAs, and processes in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status and structure across departments.
  • Maintain projects on target to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows.
  • Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for complex IT and business initiatives.
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design, and technology.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience with executing projects in multiple areas such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Knowledge of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Security standards.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, & planning skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
