Strategic Business Analytics Leader

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive the development and execution of our business analytics roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in techno-functional consulting, stakeholder management, and data science engineering. They will be responsible for leading client workshops, defining business problems, consolidating findings, and articulating proposed solutions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will independently liaise with customers, present solutions, and perform hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management.

They will also contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

  • Business Consulting Experience:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Expertise: Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Problem-Solving Analytical Skills: Blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Client Relations Management: Sustain strong relationships with C-suite leaders and senior management professionals.
  • Data Science and AI Knowledge: Apply statistical and machine learning algorithms to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive execution of the business-analytics roadmap.
  • Lead client workshops where broad vision and ambiguous business problems are articulated to be solved through data science and AI.
  • Define business problems concisely, consolidate the findings, and hypothesize the proposed solution.
  • Measure and articulate how solutions and results improve clients' objectives.

Mandated Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting, preferably in finance or data-driven industries.

Desired Profile:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in data science, AI, or related fields is highly desirable.
