Urban Designer Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Urban Designer to join our team. As an Urban Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our cities and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Presentations: Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and technical drawings to support project development and implementation.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct thorough site assessments to gather essential information for planning proposals and urban design projects.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Ensure seamless liaison with the design team, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Geography is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment is necessary.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory, along with proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Urban Planning Experience: Prior work experience in urban planning or property sector is highly desirable.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Autodesk products including Civil3d and AutoCAD is preferred.
