The Business Operations Associate Intern role is a pivotal part of our organization.

  • This position involves ensuring the seamless execution of academic and content operations.
  • Drive coordination, uphold quality, and support timely delivery across teams.

The role requires supporting various processes and platforms to drive smooth execution and maintain structure and clarity across tools, trackers, and platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting academic and content operations with precision and consistency.
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintaining structure and clarity across multiple tools, trackers, and platforms.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align on hiring needs and support closure of requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve both team building and operational processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant branches.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and basic formulas, filters, and formatting.
  • Able to navigate and work on online tools, dashboards, and platforms.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle reports, trackers, and time-sensitive updates accurately.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, follows up, and gets things done without constant supervision.
What We Offer
  • A full-time internship opportunity for three months based on performance.
  • Work timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week.
  • Located in Hyderabad.
