
Revenue Expansion Specialist

Unlock growth opportunities as a specialist in revenue expansion across both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) segments.
The role entails driving revenue growth through direct sales in training and certification enrollments and executing strategies for universities, corporates, and consulting clients. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new corporate and institutional partners, preparing proposals, partnership decks, memorandums of understanding (MoUs), and revenue share agreements, and conducting market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities.
This includes supporting pricing, partnerships, and revenue model innovation to maximize outcomes. The individual will collaborate with the marketing team to design digital and outreach campaigns for lead generation, including events, email, and referral programs. Weekly growth performance reports and data-backed insights will be shared with senior management.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work under targets
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools desirable
