AI Engineer for Large Language Models

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to develop and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)-driven applications using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize AI solutions using LLMs and RAG frameworks.

  • Design and implement AI-driven pipelines for data retrieval, indexing, and augmentation to enhance knowledge grounding.
  • Fine-tune models to improve response relevance and contextual accuracy.
  • Develop and integrate AI models with enterprise applications and APIs.
  • Optimize model inference for performance and scalability.
Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of experience in software development according to development standards;
  2. Strong experience in training and deploying LLMs using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or LangChain.
  3. Proficiency in RAG techniques and vector search methodologies.
  4. Hands-on experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
  5. Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
  6. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.).
  7. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps workflows.
  8. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable AI deployments.
  9. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  10. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bonus Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
