**Job Title:** Large Language Model Project Manager

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead and oversee large language model initiatives across multiple geographies. This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects involving data annotation, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), evaluation, and deployment of large language models at scale.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AI/ML with strong program management and stakeholder skills, ensuring that projects are executed on time and in compliance with global regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of large language model/gen AI projects.
  • Manage multi-country teams.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and MLOps teams.
  • Translate research and business needs into project milestones.
  • Establish workflows for SFT, RLHF/RLEF, and evaluation pipelines.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality annotated assets.
  • Track key performance indicators: throughput, quality, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.

**Governance & Compliance:**

  • Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
  • Work with legal counsel on contracts and global workforce compliance.

**Business Alignment:**

  • Collaborate with product managers to define roadmap and return on investment.
  • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients.
