Logistics Professional

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Professional to join our team.

  • Mastery of logistics operations, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in liaising with pre-sales and post-sales shipping documents is essential.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including plants, purchase, and marketing, for the dispatch of goods.
  • Expertise in EXIM-related reporting and document management is required.
  • Strong communication skills and individual correspondence abilities are necessary.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Well-versed in import formalities and accounting principles.
  • Expertise in licenses formalities, DGFT, and Advance License processes.
  • Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export invoices, packing lists, tracking shipments, letters of credit, coordinating with overseas buyers, CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
  • Accurate record-keeping of remittances received and provision of settlement instructions to banks on a per-invoice basis.
  • Excellent knowledge of MIS and ability to update pending issues.

As a Logistics Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless shipment movement while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
