Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive production excellence and quality assurance in our global supply chain. As a key player in Sourcing, you will be instrumental in driving our vision to become the most agile, competitive, and digitalized supply base in the industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a production team in one or more large-scale factories, overseeing all production-related topics including quality, production availability, manufacturing efficiency, and social & environmental affairs. You will work closely with senior teams in factories to achieve high levels of performance and provide input on directives for production and related supply chain areas.

Additionally, you will ensure that Tier1s achieve their goals while following standards and directives from HQ and external parties. You will validate and confirm Tier1 capacity offers and follow up on availability performance when constraints exist.

You will also influence factory teams and drive the right quality mindset in designated factories. Furthermore, you will develop and coach team members to ensure the best standards of performance, appropriate skill sets, and strong succession plans are in place.

This role requires a proven track record of experience in production and quality areas, as well as strong project management capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, influencing, people, presentation, and written/spoken communication skills.

A university degree in engineering or related areas is mandatory, along with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in another function outside manufacturing.
