Empowering Business Excellence: IT Infrastructure Leadership Role

The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional leadership skills, guiding a team of IT support specialists to deliver seamless and efficient service. Key responsibilities include overseeing the team's workload, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests.

Providing technical guidance and support to team members, helping them troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively is crucial in this role. Additionally, the successful candidate will train new team members on company policies, procedures, and technical skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities also include monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for resolving conflicts within the team and between team members and other stakeholders.

Required qualifications include an engineering diploma or BE degree / BTech, while certifications such as ITIL V4 are desirable. Technical skills required include hands-on experience in Azure AD & On-prem management, Intune - Policy creation & implementation, Windows Server Management, MDE & compliance management, Qualys tool in vulnerability management, VLAN & Network troubleshooting, Netskope cloud proxy solution, and DLP.
