Job Title: Electrification Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrification Project Lead to oversee the execution and supervision of railway electrification projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing resources, manpower, and ensuring smooth project execution.

About the Role
  • Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of railway electrification systems, including 132/25KV Traction Sub Stations, Switching Stations, and SCADA systems.
  • Manages the complete resources and manpower required for project execution, including inspection of OHE foundation, special foundation, erection of various structures and members, grouting works, bracket erection, wiring, adjustment of brackets, SED checking, TSS, Power Block Work, ATD, and material feeding.
  • Takes approval of OHE drawings from the railway and ensures compliance with design specifications.
  • Collaborates with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and other units to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepares and monitors project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
  • 15-25 years of experience in handling railway electrification/OHE projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Railway Electrification Design Drawings and ability to take approvals from the railway.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing resources and manpower.
