Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Operations Lead to oversee the execution of our digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of SEO/SEM analysts to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) including click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), conversion price per lead (CPL), and quality score benchmarks.
  • Oversee the execution of on-page and off-page search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Coordinate campaign planning and resource management aligned with global teams.
Requirements
  • Graduate with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  • Proven leadership in SEM/SEO execution and team management.
  • Proficient in Google AdWords, Analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
