Job Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales professional to join our team. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. This is a Full-Time position based in a modern business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by researching and identifying potential customers
- Contact potential customers through cold calling and follow-up calls
- Promote our products and services to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
