A dynamic leader is sought to manage and grow a team of motor insurance experts. The role involves overseeing the performance of the team to drive business in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a high-performing team of motor insurance advisors.
  • Provide timely product knowledge, regular training, and field support to the advisor team.
  • Motivate, mentor, and guide advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training programs and skill-development sessions for enhanced understanding of motor insurance products.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and licensing of advisors as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Drive consistent business growth through the recruited advisors by enhancing their performance and productivity.
  • Maintain strong market presence and effectively manage relationships with channel partners.
Required Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in agency sales, preferably in general insurance (motor insurance experience is advantageous).
  • Proven track record in recruiting and developing insurance advisors.
  • Candidates from insurance, BFSI, or motor sales backgrounds will be preferred.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential.
  • A stable work history and target-oriented mindset are required.
