Strategic Surveillance Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development – Surveillance professional to join our team at Jio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships in the surveillance and camera industry.
Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing ones.
- Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with key partners, including those in home automation and real estate industries.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by leveraging your expertise in business development and home automation.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in surveillance and camera industry, with a proven track record of success in business development.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with an MBA preferred.
Our offer includes a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO.
