Job Overview

We are a leading manufacturer of Gas Gensets committed to providing high-quality power solutions to various industries. Our goal is to achieve excellence in the market and build long-lasting relationships with our customers. We are seeking an experienced Creative Sales Strategist to join our team in Gurugram.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the diesel genset market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in corporate sales.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales objectives.


The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the diesel genset industry.
