Demand Planning Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team. This role is key in driving accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless supply chain execution.

This position plays a crucial part in our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, working closely with various business functions to ensure demand plans align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights
  • Lead regular forecast review meetings to drive consensus across departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize supply and demand
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
  • Utilize ERP systems to create data-driven, actionable plans
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones
