Job Opportunity: Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented business analyst to join our team and contribute to driving business growth through data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Data Management: Identify gaps in existing data systems and implement solutions to improve data quality.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends and correlations supporting business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Create statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
