Job Title:

Inventory Auditor

The role of an Inventory Auditor involves conducting financial, operational and compliance audits across various outlets and corporate functions to ensure adherence to company policies, processes and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting internal audits of outlets, regional offices, warehouses and corporate functions.
  • Verify stock, cash and sales transactions against records to ensure accuracy.
  • Check compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements.
  • Support in identifying process gaps, control weaknesses and areas of improvement.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and documentation with findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on audit observations and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with store managers, regional teams and finance to ensure smooth audit operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit-related information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and numerical ability

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to travel frequently to different outlets/locations

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/Accounts) or equivalent

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in audit/accounting
