We're looking for a Knowledge Transfer Manager to drive knowledge-sharing excellence across our organization.

  • The successful candidate will lead and manage end-to-end knowledge transfer and functional process training for global business services in Bengaluru, ensuring upskilling and transition support across multiple platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in shared services organizations with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles.
  • Exceptional understanding of critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms, including data migration.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Solid history of designing and delivering training programs for systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR/ Training (Finance/ Accounts is an advantage)
  • CPTM/ATD Certification
  • Certification like Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate/Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP FICO/ HR systems.
  • Experience working in shared services, global finance operations, or transformation environments is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English
  • Tools: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Flexible working in APAC/ EMEA shifts based training schedules.
