Job Title: Global Tax Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead our global tax strategy. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the company's international tax compliance and planning. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and payments across various jurisdictions.

You will work closely with external tax advisors and local finance teams to manage compliance in different countries. In addition, you will monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on our business.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of global tax laws, regulations, and practices. You should be proficient in tax compliance software and ERP systems and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee global tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and other indirect taxes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and payments.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and local finance teams to manage compliance in various jurisdictions.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/CS/CMA/ACCA/CFA/CPA or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in international tax, with a mix of public accounting and corporate tax experience.
  • Strong knowledge of global tax laws, regulations, and practices.
  • Proficiency in tax compliance software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
