Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Global Business Tax Team. As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering tax advisory services to clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex tax engagements independently with minimal supervision
  • Delivering high-quality tax opinions and responses on day-to-day client matters
  • Ensuring tax compliance through filing returns, withholding tax statements, and other tax filings
  • Representing clients in tax assessment and litigation proceedings
  • Training junior team members for professional development and creating a stronger bench
  • Providing clients with tax technology assets through licensing and internal managed services
  • Serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operate engagements
  • Managing internal client codes for time logging, invoicing, and collections
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • CA qualification with 4-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Analytical skills and conceptual clarity
  • Attention to detail and innovative thinking
  • Effective time and cost management
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
