Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an intern in child psychology. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into child development, research methodologies, and the educational system.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work alongside educators, documenting the academic, emotional, and social development of students. They will also be responsible for creating detailed reports and case studies on student learning and growth patterns, using research methodologies to analyze and interpret data.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers/coaches in documenting student development.
- Create reports and case studies on student learning patterns.
- Analyze and interpret data on child development.
- Participate in research studies within the environment.
- Support the creation of educational content and resources.
- Pursuing Graduation in Psychology.
- Strong writing skills with ability to produce well-researched reports.
- Good understanding of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
- Experience in child psychology, education, or developmental psychology is an asset.
- Published papers in relevant fields will be considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in child psychology and education.
