Learning Development Specialist

Job Overview
Job Description:The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both technical and behavioral training, proven experience in leadership development, and the ability to align learning strategy with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an organization-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.
- Design structured learning programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
- Drive onboarding and training programs for campus hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
- Implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Adopt and manage learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
- Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
