Senior Project Manager Opportunity

As a senior project manager, you will lead complex projects from initiation to successful completion. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Provide transparent and regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior project managers to strengthen the project management function.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
