Test Engineer Position Overview

A highly skilled QA professional is sought to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights implementations.
    • Validate data integrity across Dataverse, CI-D, CI-J, and third-party integrations.
    • Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, and marketing automations.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business requirements.
    • Collaborate with teams to identify issues and validate resolutions.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards during test execution and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse schema and data flow within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CDPs, email platforms).
  • Familiarity with D365 CRM from a QA perspective.
  • Proficient in using tools for API testing, test case management, and defect tracking.
